Road Training:

Group training for Road athletes take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm, with the road runners meeting at the Cleethorpes Leisure Centre. After training sessions there are excellent changing and shower facilities available.

Road is for senior members and veterans of the club who are 18 or over.

New members are welcome to come for a two week free trial period. After this they will be required to join the club.

Friday Night Beginners and Improvers Training

Beginners:

The beginners group for Road members takes place at the Cleethorpes Leisure Centre, on Friday evenings at 6pm. This group is open to anyone who is looking to start running. Club athletes are on hand to provide new runners with support and advice on training.

Improvers:

For beginners who have started running with us on Friday evenings, who can run consistently for 3 miles or more and are looking to progress their running further, the club offers a friendly beginner/improver group run on a Tuesday from Cleethorpes Lesiure Centre.
